Due to packages being sealed and the protectors having adhesive on them, once the package is opened and/or the protector is used, we are unable to accept the product to be returned. The only exception is of course if a product arrives faulty or if we send a different model from the one(s) ordered. We will send a replacement for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receiving your package. If we send a different phone model than the one ordered, please do not open package seal. Contact us right away so we can help find you a solution.
