Shipping & Tracking

Where do you ship out from?

All of our shipping is done inhouse from our Southern California warehouse. This allows us to hand pack all of our products and do quality control first hand before shipping them out to our awesome customers. It is extremely important for us to provide the best customer care from logging on to our website to receiving and using our products.

I am an international customer (outside USA.) Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

All packages are shipped via USPS. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by shiellld.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

I placed an order. When will my package arrive?

All packages ship via USPS. We aim to process orders the same day, but processing time for orders is usually 1-2 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-7 business days, and 12-18 business days internationally (Depends on customs clearance). Also, please keep in mind that during holidays or promotional periods, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

Shopping & Accounts

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, it is not required. But by setting up an account, you become a shiellld Premium member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates and offers in the future.

Can I change my order once I've placed it?

If you want to change your order please email hello@shiellld.com with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help, however our warehouse army may have already processed and sent it out. (They can't help it. They love to be efficient!)

Unfortunately once the order has been processed, we are not able to change the address. Please make sure to double and triple check your shipping and billing information before placing your order.

Do you offer returns?

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, we will send a replacement. For damaged/missing product make sure to contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. If we send a different phone model than the one ordered, please do not open package seal. Contact us right away so we can help find you a solution.

For any other reason, unfortunately due to packages being sealed and the protectors having adhesive on them, once the package is opened and/or the protector is used, we are unable to accept the product to be returned. Please refer to our Refund Policy.
